At the time of repentance and restoration of God’s people, their priests cry out to the LORD over their constant rebellion against Him throughout their history because of who they are; and they express resolve in their appeal to God’s constant, forgiving faithfulness because of Who He is.
You are all bad. But Your God always is good. So your God always remains faithful to you. Because God is Who He is, You Will Stay His.
