This is the first of three lectures on why our church uses the King James (Authorized) Version of the Bible as the best English translation of the proper original Greek source (Textus Receptus). It relies heavily on an article by the Trinitarian Bible Society. It is supplemental to the earlier class on the Westminster Confession of Faith, Ch. 1, “Of the Holy Scripture.”
