The Church tests Christ with constant murmurings, while He proves them with continuous mercy. Murmuring is caused by fear and unbelief. Murmuring leads to disobedience. Murmuring can get you hurt or killed. Murmuring tests God, when you are the one who is supposed to be tested. Murmuring shows how grateful you should be for God’s unceasing covenant mercy.
