In Ezekiel 16:49, God calls out His bride the Church for adultery, which is caused by pride, excess, idleness, and contempt for the poor. Don’t playfully arouse unchastity. Don’t indulge in immodest play that leads to fornication. Don’t just play all the time. Don’t play the whore.
