When Christians have personal conflicts due to sin they are to seek brotherly restoration in Church.

When a brother won’t listen to you or anyone else, take his sin to the elders. Before you take a brother’s sin to the elders, approach him with other brethren. Before you approach a brother with other brethren about his sin, go to him alone. Seek to Restore Sinful Brethren and Church Order.
