Topical sermon based on the Westminster Larger Catechism question and answer 145, “What are the sins forbidden in the ninth commandment (Pt. 3)?”

Proverb 28:13 teaches that if you hide your sins, you cannot succeed; but if you confess and let go of them, you can be saved. Don’t pretend to be speaking up. Not speaking up for righteous men will drag everyone down. Holding your tongue when reproof is required keeps everyone in chains of darkness. Fess up so you can speak up. Speak Up and Be Lifted Up.
