Rebellious hearts can’t pretend to enjoy what God gives only to the humble (including rain). IT is God who holds back rain when the people are rebellious and ungrateful. It is God who gathers the cloud and pours out rain from them when He chooses to bless and be gracious. It isn’t raining. It is the LORD Our God that Giveth Rain.
