George Scipione

Dr. George C. Scipione is Director of the Biblical Counseling Institute and Professor of Pastoral Theology at the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He is the founder and former director of the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship in San Diego, and has been a minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church for nearly 35 years. He has written articles for The Westminster Theological Journal, The Journal of Biblical Ethics in Medicine, and The Journal of Pastoral Practice. Dr. Scipione will be speaking on Christian Counseling.
